Annoying newsletter pop up on startup cannot be permanently dismissed

Every time I start this game up I get this annoying pop up nagging me to put in my email address in order to receive spam that I do not want (as if these pop ups on websites weren't annoying enough, ...

Hi BasedChad245,

I may be mistaken, but to the best of my knowledge, there's no way of stopping them from appearing. I've been signed up for the newsletter for years and still get it frequently as well. I agree that it can be annoying, and it should take into account if you're signed up with your EA account's linked email address already.

This is a tangent, I know, but I'm also getting really annoyed with adverts being forced on me when I turn my Xbox on now too.
