Another High CPU Temp issue after recent update

I see more BSOD/high CPU temp posts lately, I would like to report a similar issue happening to my desktop atm. I also see some clues which make me believe that the most recent EA update might causin...

I have the same problem. CPU usage is also off the charts in bigger game modes on my 12900k. (Was 60-70% usage before, and 90-100% now)
