Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
Have you tried you uninstall/re-install aswell as clean up the files? Also, try to disable your own antivirus/firewall just to see if this works.

I performed those actions at the direction of the ea support to no avail. The issue appears to be is the EA Anti cheat is not allowing it because the JoyToKey software utilizes a Virtual Controller. As I posted I suspect that the Anti Cheat software just blacklists any virtual controller based on the message in the attached image.
I read a german thread to this question, where a EA-Employee answered. They changed their Anti-Cheat, it is intentional that you cant use your virtual controller anymore. Its such a stupid decision.
Cant play without DS4 Windows cuz my controller would not be recognized without it, so i cant play any EA Game
