I’m waiting for their reply; I know I didn’t use anything, which is why it doesn't seem fair to me. I played ranked for 900 RP over two weeks—I’m not a pro player, just playing with friends in the evening after work. My K/D was dropping every day—if they look at it, they’ll see that—and I wasn't even playing at the time, so it just doesn't seem right... I’d rather switch games than create another account.
