Battle pass has been stucked and capped at 54 tier

Same here. Currently stuck at lvl 50 and I really want to get to lvl 55 during this double XP, that way I can earn the last 5 tiers through next week's challenges. I just spoke to an agent, and they said that the issue is coming from their server side, not the client. They forwarded this to their tech team but advised me that if the issue persists after 24 hours, then I gotta contact them again with this issue.

Really bum out and such a waste of time considering the double XP is literally going to end in 6 hours from my timezone. This also reinforces my personal stance to NOT add any battlepass in Battlefield 6 since they can't even get it working properly in 2042.
