Battle Pass

I bought the 1,000 points to buy the battle pass but it’s not registered in the game but money has left my account. Anyone else had this problem?

@cmacbeth63 You may need to contact Support. When I bought S5 with BF coins (boins) it opened right away, had a little splash screen about “Premium”.

A game restart indeed usually fixes this issue. 

Have you tried that already, @cmacbeth63?

    Yes I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, still hasn’t worked.

      Which platform are you playing on, and are you currently using the same EA account to post on the forums as where you're playing BF2042 with?

        I am playing on the Xbox series S and I am not using the same EA Account. It is a separate account on my Xbox
