I bought the 1,000 points to buy the battle pass but it’s not registered in the game but money has left my account. Anyone else had this problem?

So I tried to look for a few things on the account, but couldn't find any transactions or anything.
I think it's better to reach out to customer support via https://help.ea.com/contact-us, and make sure to also have the necessary docs on hand (https://help.ea.com/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/#xbox) so the support is able to properly assist you.
