Battlefield 2042 - 7+ minutes to load into a game

The game takes 7+ minutes to load into a game, exit a match back to the main menu, or load up the game from the launcher. 

I've read places that you should clear the cache. I've tried that to no avail. 

I've also died to outright delete the cache and the game reestablishes the file path.

I've got the game running in admin mode.

I've found no resolution so far. Very frustrating
