battlefield 2042 black sceam steam

i got battlefield 2042 thouth steam . 

but every time i open the game is a black sceam and nothing happends . is there a fix to this or can i have my money back ?

only game i had issuse with of all my steam games . have +40 games on steam. not all installed atm but never had problems like this with any of them
