battlefield 2042 ...ea app wont start

hi ... i have a problem ... yesterday i have play the game fine.. today i keep get this error : this software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running , or rest...

Other people have resolved this error by removing Daemon Tools, reWASD etc. It might be worth trying to uninstall ANYTHING from Disc Soft.
