Whenever I tried to open the game, this happened to me. I wasn't able to solve this so far, even though I have tried everything. I log in as game said, but then it tells me ur not connected to internet on this laptop, hope there is someone who can help me

Can you try this solution :
Navigate to:
-> C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services
-> Delete the entire License folder.
-> Launch the EA App and go to your Library.
-> On the game tile, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
-> Select Help -> Repair.The EA App will repair the game and automatically recreate the License folder with a new license file.
