Unjustified account ban on BF2042
Hi everyone, I just logged onto BF2024 only to find out in complete disbelief EA has banned my account from launching the game. As a long time player since the old days of 1942, I never touched a single cheating or botting software in my life. In fact I’ve always been a staunch supporter of fair, transparent and honest competition and sportsmanship. I condemn cheaters to the bone. First I thought it was a mistake and tried relogging, of course with no avail. Naturally, I appealed their decision and emailed customer support immediately. I was baffled when EA responded to me first thing in the morning, as they normally take their sweet time doing so. When I read their email, it said they’ve actually conducted a thorough investigation of my case and that the ban would not be lifted. After reassessment of my account support section, the ticket made by me was closed by EA with no further option of reappealing. Asides from the completely absurd and unfair way to treat their valued customers and loyal fans of the Battlefield franchise, I was provided with zero information as to how I allegedly violated their terms of service, warranting a permanent suspension without further explanation nor prior notice. Frankly, I feel cheated out of a game I purchased four years ago at full price from a company that doesn’t even seem to have the decency to reach out to me and build a real case to find out what’s going on. All I get is a generic message, possibly system generated with an absolute und completely unfounded statement. I’m at a loss of what steps to take next, as obviously this cannot be their final answer. Please help.
Xbox Series S matchmaking error
Question is anyone else getting an error code for matchmaking it's saying error code 3:94005S:67001S:-653426095O:131072040Q I need help fixing it but it does it every time I matchmake and the servers aren't down but I don't know what is causing it because it just started happening within an hour It's Battlefield 2042 Xbox Series x|s edition of the game Can someone please help me because I don't know what he code means FIXED IT
Unable to load persistence data (EA server issue)
Hello, today I launched the game and the game just ends up in infinite loop of 'Connecting to Online Services' and now get 'Unable to load persistence data' error on Steam version of Battlefield 2042. My internet is confirmed to be working, other games works fine, only just game happens. It has been connecting to server before and never touched other things. I am playing on Asia server right now. Can you look what happened? I will attach the screenshot below.
Connection issues [PC]
I'm on PC. When I start up Battlefield 2042 - all I get is the opening loop that it's connecting to services .. and then either it goes on forever, or rarely, I'll get an error saying it cannot retrieve persistence data, and that it would go to the main menu ... but it never goes to the main menu. I've tried: 1. Rebooting 2. Knocking a hole in my firewall for Battlefield. 3. Rebooting again 4. Set up alternate DNS 5. Rebooted / cleared DNS Cache, etc. 6. Repaired the install 7. Rebooted 8. Uninstalled / deleted directory .. excuse me - folder 9. Rebooted 10. Reinstalled to a new di... folder 11. Cussed a lot. 12. Performed ritual magics that included blood sacrifices 13. Unplugged Ethernet and connected via wi-fi. 14. Rebooted. 15. Yelled at God to get off my lawn, turned of Wi-fi and plugged ethernet back in. 16. Rebooted. 17. Before any of this - checked downdetector and EA's server status tool. 18. Rebooted. 19. Forgot to say - up around #2 or #3 - I rebooted the router. I think it's safe to say at this point, the issue is not on my end. So - is it rediculous to list my steps out like that? Yes. Is it rediculous to have to do this for a triple-A Title? Also yes. But - sadly, this is the norm with EA. Please help. I've been a loyal Battlefield fan since the 1942 dropped. Even competed until you took the ability to rent servers away. Please help.
Unable to load persistent data (xbox)
ATT fiber wired and unlimited internet. Worked earlier today and the last two days, and now within hours of last playing it abruptly stopped working. If i use a wifi Hotspot it works, but i refuse to use up my Hotspot. Battlefield 4, 1, and 5 all work. Other multiplayer games too.
