Battlefield 2042 Issue

Im having an issue with battlefield 2042 so im on ps5 and i have a pc acc but i have the acc from my ps linked to my pc but my progress is all on pc but my names are different and so i have a friend that ive been playing with for a long time but eveytime i go in it doesnt show that i have them as a freind and it also doesnt show when there online in game, so i thought y not try search up his name but still doesnt work and so i was gonna try and re add them but i notice that in the game going into social and then invitations, there no search bar that says “search for adding EA ID” or something that but it wont let me and idk y. but im saying is i wanna play with my pc friend while im on ps5 but i cant bc none of it is working and we both have everythine on and is not on private.
