Have you checked that nothing is heating up ? I9 14900K is extremely difficult to cool. Check the temperatures of the I9 14900K and its power section as you manage to fire up the game.
Windows likes to shut down applications if it detects a threat to the components.
Something else you can try to do is dump the DXcache of the graphics card. If you have Nvidia, you can find how to do this here.

Thanks for your reply! I am very certain nothing is overheating. I know it's difficult to cool, but I've got an NZXT 360 cooler and 10 fans total in my case to get rid of the heat. 6 set as intake 4 set as exhaust. The CPU, when the game does run, doesn't get over 72C at it's peak temperature so for this CPU that is an acceptable temperature as far as I know.
I am using an AMD card, so I'm not sure if that DXcache dump works then?

Set Load Line Calibration to 4, SA Voltage 1,34, CPU VDDQ 1,43 CPU VDD2 1,42 fixed it for me

Do not touch any cpu voltage or anything. That is just my attempt with a 14900kf and a MSI z690 Unify X and 32 gb 7000 mhz c32 Ram + Watercooling.
Do not damage your cpu and use overvoltage- 2 years ago
I understand that by forcing him to set such high voltages, you will be financially responsible for possible damage to his processor? What you wrote applies to OC, not to the stock processor, and these voltages are at least dangerous + the voltage can jump up by +0.05, so if u set Vcore 1.34, then Vcore jump for some ms/sec to 1.39 (very dangerous Vcore)
Generally, you should not exceed Vcore voltage of 1.3 if you want to have a processor that will last for years. From what I know about this processor, the Vcore voltage of 1.27 or lower is used on the stock I9 14900K, the default is probably about 1.3.
To lower temperatures, I recommend reading how much to lower the voltage of CPU System agent clock and CPU VCCIO. These 2 parameters have a high impact on the processor temperatures, and sometimes even lowering these 2 voltages improves its stability.
I have been overclocking Intel processors for 14 years (versions without K and K) and when I see that someone advises such high voltages, it means that they either have a budget motherboard with a too weak power section, or they really want to unknowingly damage their processor and someone else.Fairy tales that a given processor requires mega voltages have always been debunked since the 14th generation of Intel.
Don't change the voltages in the BIOS, just read about undervolting, but if your temperatures are OK, don't change anything.BF2042 sometimes has a problem with GPU caches, if you have AMD, you have to find where AMD generates its game cache.
