@Rokebo73 Using controller but same with keyboard and mouse. Also use controller and same issue
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 and without controller ?
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 Tried with and without same issue regardless! My partners ps5 even does it sometimes
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 You didnt tell me that ya used a controller ?
Disconnect controller,
Shut down computer.
Disconnect powercord from computer.
Press and Hold the power button , 5 seconds, from computer to drain all power.
Connect other keyboard / mouse if possible, better one by one to test if one of those devices give input lagg.
Reconnect powercord.
Startup computer and test game !
use if possible other keyboard and /or mouse - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 I only just got the controller and have tried the disconnecting etc. please look into the time nudge that we all think it might be
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 if your partner also got those issues at console, then youre sure there is no problem at ISP , somehow ??!!!!
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 no issues at 32 player mode i assume
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 I did think this as well because her ps5 is doing it but not as often. But not sure what the issue at ISP could be as ping is fine and so is download speed. I also donโt get this issue in call of duty. Itโs really weird. What can I do on ISP side to fix?

@NightHawkk1997what typ of UTP45 cable you use ? cat. 1 ? 2 ? 3? 4? 5? 6? 7?
it is printed at the UTP45 cable ! how long is the cable you use for your connection ?
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran
@Rokebo73Itโs ADSL cable to the wall to the router then just a standard Ethernet to my computer. The ps5 is on wireless
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 it is printed at the UTP45 cable ! how long is the cable you use for your connection ?
ADSL ? wasnt it fiber ? - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 Itโs fibre to the cabinet then from the cabinet itโs not fibre. Itโs not full blown fibre to the property and cable is like 1m cat 5E
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace
@NightHawkk1997ah ok , no adsl, just full fiber till cabinet , from cabinet a ut45 cat.5 cable into pc ? server ?
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 So fibre to cabinet then cabinet to property then router to computer cat5
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 cabinet to property is not yours ? from isp i assume ?
then in house from modem/router to computer ? from mod/router utp45 cat..5 is only 1 meter ? - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 That is correct yes. The above statements are accurate ๐
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 how old is this utp45 cat.5 cable , no noise by that cable ? There are already better (isolated) cat. utp45 cables. Cat.6 and even cat.7
To make sure its not at your location an issue , could replace cable with a new and better cable,
To make sure input lag isnt caused by keyboard, mouse (dont connect controller), use other mouse and/or keyboard , just to make sure! - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 So itโs my second set of keyboard and mouse and also my second controller. I have tried 4 different cables at different lengths also. Same issues regardless. But my network does seem fine.
- Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 where your from ?
- NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 I am in the UK

Meant to be getting full fibre next week as had it built into my apartment just waiting for it to go live - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 UK, weird, im from Netherland (your neighbour).
I cant believe the distance to EA servers are a issue !!!
Something at home , the connection , or hardware / software related.
Reinstalled game didnt fix. You did realy disable all none microsoft services.
You did use other utp45 cable (but not new and not better then cat5?)
Youre sure there is no noise at your connecteni in home or outsuide home (isp related)
Realy did disconnect ALL hardware from computer , only mouse keyboard , headset connnected, no rgb software running.
Your sure LG tv isnt cause of any screen lag ? (test a monitor)
No security software (virusscanner/firewall/malware tools/home network software) that could give stuutter in connection especialy at 128 player modes. - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 Itโs an apartment block. I am

AAAAHHH no active fiber yet ? Next week ??? then better wait till fiber is active and test again. hahahha you make it all a bit confusing hahahha
Cheers - NightHawkk19973 years agoNew Veteran@Rokebo73 No we have 2 types of fibre in the uk
I used to have 1440p monitor and had same issue: this tv is low latency as well with gsync
1 - fibre to the cabinet then copper to property . This is my current set up
2 - fibre to property which is what I am getting - Rokebo733 years agoSeasoned Ace@NightHawkk1997 ok and from cabinet to property is ADSL2 line? Phoneline cable rj11 connectors ๐๐
