@Rokebo73Correct it will use a phone line using rj11 to the property as of now. Why would this only cause an issue in bf2042 though?
@NightHawkk1997i cant explain it technically for sure, but i think cause the noise , and the very small / thin adsl cable there is some signal lost during transfer. How far / distance is cabinet from property ?
@Rokebo73 it’s quite close to cabinet. And I assume this would create more issue on 128 player matches? Where as call of duty it’s smaller maps as well so no stutter
@EA_Leeuw hey man , got an little update for your troubleshooting script with micro stutters.
Some people are still connected with an ADSL connection, and thats not that stable and good,fast signal !
Also distance from cabinet to peoples property could be a issue with ADSL !!
ADSL is known for signal loses/noise and correction issues with packets that got lost ect ect ect.
I think ' some' stutter victims can get an answer for their issue !

@Rokebo73I got 1Gb fiber connection with 0 packet loss.
I'm sorry to tell you but this issue in not on our end it's with the game/servers.
I bet you have the same problem too and you just dont notice it.
I see it happening on many youtubers videos as well (levelcap, jackfrags)
Its harder to notice in videos, but I immediately feel it when it happens to me, it affects everything from moving to shooting to jumping just EVERYTHING feels like glue.
@Rokebo73 I can confirm it’s not my network. I just attempted to connect this to full GB fibre as a friends 1000/1000 and I still have exactly the same issue. This has to be game related

Do those connection icons appear for you when said micro stutter happens?
@Krispy_AssassinxNope this is the issue. We get no connection issue icons whenever this happens. The only thing we have all noticed is when the microstutter happens if you look
In graph settings the time nudge is fluctuating
I can almost 100% confirm its the game now as I have reduced all my setting to a mix of medium-high on rtx 3080 and I am getting a stable 120fps at 4k with no dips and I still get the micro stutters. I will probably continue to play at these settings even though it can play on higher settings but this just reduces any dips in game play. but the micro stutter is for sure the game or the servers. I plan to get a 4090 at some point so if it still stutters on that then...

What typ of connection do you got?
ADSL , What upload and download speed do you got?. What is distance from your connection/property to cabinet,
BROADBAND , What upload and download speed do you got?
FIBER , What upload and download speed do you got?.
Who is your ISP
What country are you in ?
What windows version do you run ?
What CPU and GPU is installed ?
What brand memory, ammount and MHZ installed ?
Got an VPN running ?
Any virusscanner / firewall installed ?
