i have 40 down and 20 up, the best mode its portal tdm, a lot less spike in TN, and i think the only program running its discord
@TTV_PerfidonerdPS i did check for your CPU/GPU , and it seems your get around +/-35fps ! even with all settings at low (off).
Its hard to play , but you could do a cleanboot abd test game again, it will give 'some' more fps , but it does noit solve your problem im afraid of.
You could try to tweak your windows as much as possible, at the end you gain again some more fps, but again not enough at all to get a smooth experience.
Do a cleanboot and maybe game is a bit more playable, let us know !

Only microsoft services should be allowed (hide), all other services and programs need to be disabled !
it is an adsl, and yes my average fps its around that 35, honestly i played most battlefield from Bf3 until today with bf42, its the first time i had this sort of problem and i dont have any of this thing on other games
i m not understanding, do you think its an hardware problem?
because honestly i dont care right know to suffer low fps, i feel like my problem its my connection or something between me and bf42 server something like that i think
maybe this battlefield its different, i dont know

@TTV_Perfidonerdyeah hardware issue , and probarly some hickups in your adsl line is major lag feeling during game.
Do cleanboot , and play game then, only then most of programs and processes are disabled. This will give more fps and less network issues !
If ya realy want to boost/tweak for some better performances, chech\k for
"Windows 10 Services That Are Safe to Disable" , if ya google for it , you will find about +/-25 services you can permanent disable. This will boost pc a bit more. After you permanent disabled those services , do a CLEANBOOT and then run game !!!
