Hi icy20TV
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem.
Do you have any images or specific errors ?
Did you check if there were any errors in your event log after launching the game? This could help us better understand where the problem is coming from.Go in "Windows logs" > "Application". If you see an error, send me a screenshot of it. Make sure that the time matches the time when you launched the game. Errors are indicated by a red cross and sometimes a yellow sign.
Let me know

Hello, the only 3 errors i found were all the same error. and it was yesterday when i was trying to start the game... of course i could not take a screenshot because all the pc did was black screen and then no signal at the monitor which turned off eventually and i had to force shut down the pc.

Thank you,
Try to repair EA's anti-cheat with "EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe" available here : C:\Program Files\EA\AC
Do you have the Nvidia app on your PC? If so, activate the Nvidia overlay.- If it continues to crash, have you tried deleting the “battlefield 2042” folder located in your documents?
- Have you also tried creating a new user on your PC as an administrator and starting the game from there to see if it crashes?
Let me know 😉
