Battlefield 2042 PC problem controller PS5

Hello, i hope can help me, i recently purchased a PS5 controller to play Battlefield on Steam and from there i connect the controller. The first time, it let me play without problems with Xbox glyphs, i touched the buttons on the controller and they were correctly configured, but since 2 days ago when i logged back in, i couldn't do anything, as if the controller was misconfigured, i pressed X and it was on R2, i pressed O and it was the right arrow of the D-pad, etc... I activated and deactivated Steam Input and nothing, i have looked for solutions and i have not found anything that works for me, if anyone knows how to do it or has had the same thing happen to them and has been able to solve it, please let me know. Thank you very much!!

I don't know if it's a general problem or something, but i found a solution: I bought DSX on Steam, which used to be a third-party app, for the Dualsense controllers. They migrated to Steam, and now i can play without any problems. I hope my solution helps

thanks.... anything requiring money, or the purchase of a steam version, and even adding a non steam game isn't a valid for solution.

  • Try turning all overlays off.

Also, I've noticed that some games struggle with both keyboard/mouse and controller plugged in. Try unplugging your keyboard/mouse while playing the game.
