So, I think there is a bit of a misunderstanding. Free on the Pass means that whenever you own the Pass or not, the players who don't own the pass can still also unlock the Free tier item by gathering the amount of tokens it needs in order to be unlocked. However, the players who don't own the Pass, do not have access to the items of the Premium tiers (you can see the difference in the blue and gold Lock icon of the Pass item).
It's not the case that when you purchase the Battle Pass, you instantly unlock everything. You still need to play the game in order to gather enough tokens to progress the Battle Pass.
If you're missing an (Premium Battle Pass tier) item that is unlocked, but not in your inventory, can you maybe post a screenshot(s) of this?

Hi. I have the same problem.
I purchased the premium account, got activated (on Xbox S) then I played again and it disappeared somehow. The game shows that I don't have a premium account and my coins vanished from my account (what I used to purchase the premium membership). Please help me because it's very annoying. ☹️
