try to set the game run at directx11, now it use directx12 as i can see at picture you included !!!
Yopu could also use DDU softweare to remove your graphics driver completely

You could also check if your windows is still ok, by using SFC /SCANNOW (use COMMAND PROMPT with admin rights !).
After SFC scan reboot and scan again !
