Battlefield 2042 Ultimate edition and pre-order content missing
I've been having an issue getting (any) of the extra content from the edition I purchased of Battlefield 2042. I bought the Ultimate edition of 2042 from Gamestop as a pre-order when it came out and never got any of the skins, charms, etc and it's is starting to really get frustrating now that the new season has released because if not getting any of the pre-order content wasn't bad enough I also "don't have premium", which means for the battle pass all of the cosmetics I paid for are locked. This is seriously bumming me out because if I am going to pay $120 for a game I would at least like to get the content I spent the extra money on. For some reason when I go to the (manage games and add-ons) section I can see the Ultimate edition bundle and the year one cosmetic pass for the game both there installed but not actually visibly changing the game. I have tried deleting and redownloading it, I've tried downloading the game first, and then the packs, and then the other way around, I've tried contacting EA about the issue and then waited in a queue of 4 other people to get help and then be told that I was going to get an email from a different team of people who actually know how to fix the issue. The crazy part is an hour later I get an email from EA asking me how the customer service was instead of helping me get what I paid for. If anyone knows how I can receive the content that the Ultimate bundle has to offer I would really appreciate it.
- Hi @iemtanks. Ok so when it comes to account issues or missing content the is not much we can help with on the forums. We cant help with account related issues on a public forum.
EA Support needs to take a look on your account and see that you have all the entailment that you need for Ultimate edition and pre order.
