I still can't run it. I also upgraded Windows 10.

@HerculesSV do this and update us after game test.
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I ran the tests, but the result is the same when I launch the game.

try to find any error logs and check what is causing this 0xc0000005. error.

According to the event information "ucrtbase.dll" crashed and "EALaunchHelper.exe" called the DLL file.
