Battlefield 2042 Xbox Crashing or Shutting Down console

Hi @CPTosiris2098  When you have a moment lets try the following steps and check if this continues.

  • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
  • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
  • Check for updates 
  • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
  • Persistent Storage 
    • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
    • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
  • Alternate Mac: 
    • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
    • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
    • Select restart

It is August 6th 2023 and this issue Still keeps happening and you are not fixing this bug where your game keeps turning off everyone playing this on Xbox Series S and X there is no excuse that this still keeps happening fix this issue ASAP. Your company makes millions of dollars maybe billions a year there no excuse why all your games keep have so many glitches and game breaking issues with everything you own. If your company doesn't fix these issues you do not deserve to be running your company. Microsoft should be the one running you since you never fix your server issues and crashes

    Same problem here, i did get my series x this tuesday then it work well during 1 day.

    I did install fifa 23 and it completely shut down my console and it wont't turn on, there was only a light and it turned off immediately. I thought it was a fried PSU.

    I decided to blow a airdryer in the fan and it did turn on again.

    Everything worked fine, all the games....... Except fifa, As soon i've decided to launch a match, boom no signal.

    Don't waste your time with this game or EA in general, they will kill your console and they don't care about their customers
