- 2 years ago@ElliotLH I agree but ultimately, everyone on this post is frustrated that they purchase game(s) that are unplayable. Left in the dark after spending money.
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@Jord4n845 It's unfortunate but everyone will need to continue working with EA Help and/or Microsoft support. Since this is likely a hardware issue, that would be the best course of action.

I'm not convinced it's a hardware issue. I've been in contact with Microsoft and they are by far way better customer service than EA. Even Comcast has better customer service.

Elliot he failed to provide a simple screen shot, it is a hardware issue me and another in this post have both replaced and works. This guy has done nothing but blame on EA when it isn’t. I don’t blame him I was the same in this forum and few others I couldn’t get my head around how all other games work but not battlefield. Look back at the comments from me here and Mr blue playdoh they are both me just one is my account and the other is my sons.

Ya man it's incredibly frustrating. At this point I'd rather just delete the game. I'm not going out and purchasing a third Xbox.
