Battlefield 2042 Xbox Crashing or Shutting Down console

@Jord4n845 It's unfortunate but everyone will need to continue working with EA Help and/or Microsoft support. Since this is likely a hardware issue, that would be the best course of action.

I'm not convinced it's a hardware issue. I've been in contact with Microsoft and they are by far way better customer service than EA. Even Comcast has better customer service.
