Battlefield 2042 Xbox Crashing or Shutting Down console

@EA_Atic  I’ve seen you active in posts in the past regarding EA games causing the Xbox Series X to crash. I also experience these issues. I’ve tried everything listed in all of the support posts and...

If the game was crashing on other games I would agree it's probably a hardware issue. But it's literally only one game that it's crashing on. If the battlefield 2042 Xbox series X version of the game. I own both versions and Battlefield 2042 Xbox One version runs fine with no crashes.

@ssgjones33 Yeah see for me it’s every new EA game that is a series X version. They are all unplayable for me. 3 seperate new EA games on series x version. All fully shut my Xbox down. Bought a new series x and they all work fine. No matter what the issue, ultimately Microsoft and EA don’t care enough to fix it

      @PVP-Gonzo I’m not sure tbh. I know I bought my Xbox series x new very quickly after launch. I played all types of different games fine. Then randomly playing battlefield it shut down and that’s when it started. Then when the new fifa came out I was playing that and then boom same thing. I’m not sure if the issue has progressed or if the consoles were broke from the day I bought it.
