You can try the steps listed here in this article on our website.
thank you for your reply but i already try all of that but i think the the problem is the ea repair because i tried 5 times and it always downloading the 40 mb same thing what can i do

If none of the steps from the article could fix it please also try this:
Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows updates
Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link) I would do a fresh install of this one
Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
Run the game as an admin from its installation folder.
Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
Send us a DXdiag if you will need more help after completing those steps.

Please also unplug any other devices (USB or Bluetooth) connected to your PC and then try again. Disable any programs that may have an in-game overlay or recording service.
Create a local user or administrator account on Windows and test the game on that new profile.
