BF 2042 won't launch cause of easyanticheat.exe?

Hi guys,

My game won't start and it seems to be an issue with the easyanticheat.exe service cause during launch it suddenly quits and says there is another easyanticheat launcher active. But the game starts the same launcher twice for unknown reason. Anybody know a fix for this problem.

    Hey @Amarius209

    When you quit the game and go back to Origin or EA Desktop, make sure Origin / EA Desktop is closed out completely, including in Task Manager. It may still be running in the background, causing you to have this issue.

    Once you've done that, try launching the game again, and see if it works out for you.

    I only had the EA desktop app, but decided to close that and reinstall Origin and via Origin the game works fine. Thanks for the advice!

    spent 3 hours+ trying to fix it, following EA guides, this happened after 18 nov patch, still can't believe it...
