@OnceAStray Try downloading the intel extreme tuning utility from their website and lower your core clocks to 55x or 54x, this solved it for me and it seems others have had success with it as well with the i9 13900k.

@Pandykitten that's not a fix , that's a downgrade on the best cpu the market can buy currently , they need to fix it on their own , no way i'm downclocking my anything hardware related.

- 3 years ago@off3nc3 I’m not saying they shouldn’t fix any issues on their end causing this, I’m just saying that this works as a temporary solution if you want to play right now hoping they can do something about in the future if possible. With my system at least the performance in-game is identical whether I’m using 58x/56x rather than 54x so for me it’s worth it to be able to play as of now, but each to their own. I’m also using a separate profile only for BF2042, so I am using normal values for all the other games.
