As an extra troubleshooting step: I have done a login with a friends user on my PS5 and tried the game back to back on both accounts, mine gives the error, his doesn't.
Same device, same network, same everything other than account.
=> ACCOUNT issue then as expected.
Have you tried to contact EA directly because it is an account issue? You should be able to get directly to live service through the link below.

Hmmmm, there is an account problem option at the bottom of that page that says live contact? Is that the option you used?
