BF2042 FPS PROBLEM

Guys ive started playing bf2042 these days and somehow my fps are legit worse ive tried so many settings from nvidia panel or ingame. but im only getting 50 fps max and its not permament it keep stuttering too ive tried lowering my resolution to lowest and still game is unplayable for me i cant even turn around normally ingame

my specs are like this 

windows 11 

rtx 3060 

ryzen 5 5600h 

8gb ram 

and also my gpu usage is around 30%-50% it usually drops to  7%  and goes back to 30%  which makes game even more unplayable. i really do wanna play this game normally does anyone have any fix ? edit : my cpu usage is around 40%-50% too sometimes it rises up to 100%  but always the cpu usage higher than the gpu usage

    @Nebotus  Hey man ! Your system is on a heavy duty with those specs !!!
    You only got 8Gb ram, and 6 cores (12 threads).
    Also AMD Radeon Graphics Processor, DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz).
    You realy do get a hardtime in this game with those specs.
    Check google how to disable unneeded services, how to do a cleanboot, and how to optimes game for more FPS !

    Also use the User.cfg file to set a max of 3 cores for the game !!!

    With some luck you can run game at lowest settings (no unneeded resources/software/hardware) running.
    But its possible you do net get any good gameplay at all !

    Here's an example of the cfg file that Robeko73 is talking about, it will force the game to use less of your available cores, so the overal game experience will be smoother

    Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4

    Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0

    Thread.JobThreadPriority 0

    GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8

    just copy paste it into battlefield 2042 folder

    yeah right i guess i did deleted origin and it gave me quite perfomance right now i think if i upgarde my ram to dual core 16 gb ram it will be better                  but why gpu usage is pretty low in other games it usually more than the cpu usage and always around 80%

    test it with the ammount of cores, depends on cpu, some could use a higher number others need to lower that number !!!

    @Rokebo73 that is amazing video thanks for it but i was asking for video that you mentioned about 'search on google for disabling services and optimizng game for more fps'
