This often indicates that there are issues with or certain restrictions on/of your EA and/or PSN account.
It could be caused by the following:
- You have an underage EA or PSN account (those accounts are not able to go online and therefore cause these issues),
- You don't have an active PS Plus (Online) membership anymore,
- There are general issues with your PSN account,
- There are general issues with your EA account.
In most of these cases, it is caused by either having an underage EA or PSN account, or an expired PS Plus membership. Could this be the case in your situation?
