BF2042 Gold - Steam - Exclusive Rewards Not Unlocking (such as Crawford) v3.2.0

Hello there,

I bought the Gold edition for both myself and my son on Steam. He has been able to get the unlocks, such as the specialist Crawford, after installing the patch and logging in. I have installed the latest patch and logged in and out multiple times, but have yet to receive my "Exclusive Rewards for Year 1 Pass, Gold and Ultimate owners."

Here is a copy/paste of my Support info in Steam, but just let me know what other info you need and what I need to do to get this resolved.
