bf2042 gold edition not appearing in account

I preordered bf2042 way back in 2021 and spent the extra money to get the gold edition and played all the early access betas and then played a few days early before the games launch. I played for several dozen hours and play all the way up until season 2 where I stopped playing to go play other games, now I've logged back in after a few years and all of my progress has been reset and all of the cosmetics I got in the  ultimate edition are gone. I have no idea what happened and even double-checked to make sure I had the right account and even verified in my purchase history that I ordered it. If anyone has any idea what to do please help.
