For me the trick was to launch one time via Steam - not via my BF Desktop Icon. Steam showed shortly window updateing the EA app. BF exe and all EA exes launched with Admin settings.
Running EA as admin did the trick to get the game to load and run. About 20 mins into gameplay, I got the DXGI error. You just can't win.
