BF2042 Not Launching

I got to play for a couple hours of bf2042 right before they had the connectivity/login issue, game was running and all that, and the next day when I get home from uni the game just won't launch properly, it gets stuck like this (image for reference). I've tried all sorts of methods to try and fix it but I gave up after making 0 progress in 3 hours of troubleshooting (haven't tried reinstalling windows)
removing BF2042.exe compatibility mode to run as admin works for me
Having the same issue. Will not launch. Played yesterday morning and later in the evening failed to launch. Tried absolutely every recommendation to fix the problem.
Removing BF2042.exe did not fix the game either. 2 of my friends on steam have the issue and another 2 can continue to play lol- @xRYZENxRY UPDATE to this!!!! game won't launch again i remember that the EA app get an update then this happen to me.
some times it will launch play 3-4hours of game then the next day same issue again game won't lauch after the EAC splash screen
I used to have your bug but it would finally launch after about 4 to 5 tries.
Now my bug just fails to even load a splash screen. 2 of my friends can play 2042 and my other 2 can not. We are all on steam with high range PCs,- @Sezeka atleast your battlefield starts.
Mine just reopens the EA app and doesn't give me an error neither starts at all. If one of you guys know my problem can you help me?

It can happen if you are using the EA app or Steam to launch the game. The only thing you can do is keep restarting the game until it finally launches. I've had to relaunch it as many as 10 times. But usually it's 5 or less attempts.
EA/DICE is silent on the matter and just keeps providing bot-like answers. There is an explosion of threads reporting this issue the past week. I don't think its getting the correct attention with EA/DICE. I imagine they probably lost a good chunk of potential players after the free trial because of this issue, too.
