When you have the chance I'd recommend starting out with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still getting the same error message after that please let me know. Thanks!

same problem here, haven't been able to connect since the 2st update on the 2nd of December. game worked fine before then now I cant even get to game menu. I have tired the basic connectivity steps and every other step i could find on other forums. Steam wont give me a refund because i played more than 2 hours but don't care that I haven't been able to play this broken game since the 2nd of December.

Hey @AwessM93,
When you have the chance can you try resetting the password for your EA Account to see if that makes any difference? I've seen some cases where that can help with similar issues, so I am curious if it might do the trick here as well.

Hi, unfortunately that hasnt done it still same error.
