BF2042 Rush (only being placed on defense)

Summarize your bug I have been playing bf2042 rush. I use the recommended server (the one that is on the bottom of the screen for portal, right next to jackfrags gun game). Every single game so far has been defense. I have been playing for 3 days now with probably 20 or so games played. Every single time defense. Today I kept leaving and joining games. I did this about 5 times in a row and they were all defense. The way rush should work is one round on defense and then a round on offense. Then a tie breaker depending on the score.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No Idea
What happens when the bug occurs? I am only being put on defensive team
What should be happening instead? It should be a mix of offense and defense.

bf2042 rush mode broken. Out of 20 or 30 games I am always placed on defense. I would know exactly how many rush games I have played if there was some sort of stat tracker. You know, the thing we had 5 years ago.

    Okay then it's not just us. My clan love this new mode but frustratingly out of dozens of matches we have only been on the attacking side about 3 times. Why isn't it alternated like it used to be?

    Hey @Rasmol,

    Are you only being placed on the defender side when continuing your match streak, or also when you quit the game and re-matchmake into Rush?

    If I lose a match on defense, the next map is defense still. If I win a match by defending, the next map is defense.

    If I leave and enter a new match, defense.

    I tried to leave and enter several matches, always defense.

    Now watch, I play today and I get put on offense. LOLOL

    @Rasmol LOL just got put on offense. I will keep you posted if it switches me back and forth today

    @Rasmol, alright, so it's still Defense most of the time, gotcha. There doesn't seem to be a 'scrambler' in place that switches you between Defending and Attacking when a round is over, but I will make sure to pass on the feedback. I can imagine that playing Defence most of the time is not a very pleasant experience.

    Same issues here indeed. If you join as attacker, you stay attacker even after you win or loose the game. Rejoining the game untill you are defending, then you will stay defender even after winning or loosing the game. Hope this helps!

    Exactly! You'll stay on the same side until enough players leave and teams get redistributed. Players/Squads should be scrambled after each round, I do not know why it isn't happening, please pass our feedback.

    p.s. it would also be great if they kept Rush 2042 indefinitely, and maybe add the older maps to it.
