Any update on this issue?
Did the support team even take a glance at this major issue?

If you have multiple DIFFERENT GPU's and find your game launching in windowed mode with all your video settings just blank / missing.... you need to go into device manager and disable one (The one you don't want to use), then reboot. Yes, this is stupid. But it seems to be the only answer I have found.
Whether this applies to dual cards in SLI or whatever AMD/Radeon's version of that is, I don't know.
Since people seem to like to come onto this post and ask why people have more than one different GPU, I have multiple GPU's (2080 and 1070) for Blender cycles rendering.

The issue is STILL HERE after 2 recent major updates !
I have 2080 ti + 1080 ti gpus in my system (I usually do a lot of GPU rendeding), and for some reason the game uses 1080 ti instead of 2080 ti which has all the monitors plugged in to. I have to disable my second (1080ti) GPU to play the game properly... Of course, I have tried to force the other GPU with every method I know (control panel, windows app settings, etc). When both GPUs enabled - I have blank options in game for Screen Resolution, Refresh Rate, etc.
