black window on start BF2042
I downloaded and redownloaded the game 3 times today, cleared the game, steam and EA caches, repaired the game 5 times, booted as administrator, updated graphics drivers and tried to repair EAntichea...

@Aywood69 Have you tried starting in windowed mode? (alt+enter) That sometimes gets my game to at least start then I can check/change settings and fullscreen it afterwards.
It doesnt do anything to me during the black screen ☹️
When i press em it does the sound of "not possible" from windows...
