Bug report - stuck in revive timer

Summarize your bug I was killed and stuck in the third person view until the end of the round.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die and try to revive with a medic (BF3), if that alone does not replicate it, try to kill the medic at the same time as he hits that defib. It seems to be very rare but very much game breaking when it does happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? The revive timer stops, the background "timer sound" keeps repeating itself. Other teammates can not revive you when the bug happens. You can't force a respawn or anything. Only 2 options are to wait for end of round or quit the server.
What should be happening instead? You should always get revived when someone defibs you OR you should get a chance to respawn regardless of the bug
This is a critical bug because even tho it is very rare, it ruins the round for you. A similar bug has been in BFV since the release of that game.
