Camera bug when entering vehicles
Whenever i entered a vehicle in a match it just moved the camera somewhere random on the map. Look at screenshots

is that a solo/co-op game doesnt it?
Had this happen to me a few times.
I've found for me its always happened after crashing into the ground with the Draugr and then respawning in a vehicle/ getting into one in Conquest Solo/Co-op.
most likely will never be fixed, the solo mode only have 20hz of server tickrate, being a breeding ground for bugs
you could make your own portal server with bots, can put password if you want it to be private, portal servers have the standard tickrate of 45hz, if you need help setting one up to unlock thinks let me know
