Camera/controls stuck without input

Every time I spawn in, whether it be a plane or on foot, my camera goes up and spins to the right. It continues this as long as I am spawned in, and I don't know how to fix it. It's not my keyboard or my mouse, and I've already reset all keybinds to default.
