Can’t find friends on EA for cross play on BF 2042

@holycrapimbaked I have to ask this but is cross-play turned on? Also, are you on Xbox one X, and is he on PS4?

Yep - double and triple checked cross-play. And he has a PS5 and I have the Xbox S. Same version.

@holycrapimbaked Sorry to be pedantic, but do you have a Series S or an Xbox One S?

    @holycrapimbaked Cheers - really wish Microsoft had gone with a different name to make things simple.
    
    You might have already checked but I take it you've ruled out privacy setting being the cause?
