Can’t get into any games Xbox Series X
6 days ago I went through the recommended settings/instructions to turn crossplay off and ever since I haven’t been able to play a single match in any game mode.

@EA_Kent I have the same problem on PS5, I have never been able to play since Nov 11 with the game turned off.

I'm on the PS5 and I'm still having this issue. Sit in the matchmaking queue, waiting for players to join and nothing. I tried to refund this game but Sony told me to shove off.
