Can’t get into any games Xbox Series X
6 days ago I went through the recommended settings/instructions to turn crossplay off and ever since I haven’t been able to play a single match in any game mode.

Can we try something else? I'm curious if changing the DNS on your Xbox makes any difference with this.
You can update the DNS on your Xbox using the steps below:
1. Open your Xbox Settings
2. Select All Settings
3. Select Network
4. Select Advanced Settings
5. Select DNS Settings
6. Choose Manual
7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but some people have mentioned that using the public Cloudflare DNS can also help with similar issues (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)
8. Save the changes

Same here. I live in Michigan, US. Can’t seem to find a game since Sunday for some reason. Also have cross play turned off. Is there a fix for this that I missed @EA_Kent ?

We've seen a few reports coming about this issue. We'll continue passing them along as we see them. - You have been receiving applications for a week, and only now you pass it on .. in a moment of holidays and players cannot play ..
