Can’t play anything on 2042
I have tried everything possible and anytime I try to play any game mode on 2042 it will search and say match starting in 10 seconds, counts down then constantly just goes back to the hit play screen...

I've contacted the support multiple times but they do not know what to do too. I'm in Italy on Xbox Series X and I'm not getting any error. I don't know what an isp is. The only thing you support can do is giving me the xbox support page on trouble shooting, but I've been on call with Xbox support for more than an hour and I even made the factory reset for the console. I'm really angry about this situation, it seems unsolvable and no one can do anything about it

- EA_AticHi @jexpom, So when you are starting the game up and trys to connect to the servers, Nothing happens, nothing happens or you get an error message?
What ISP do you use?
Do you have a 4g device at home?
/AticI can connect to the servers but when I start a match it just freezes on the black loading screen and instead of entering the match it takes me back to the lobby withot any error message. I have Fastweb as internet provider
- @jexpom I had that problem for a really long while, turned out that my ISP didnt have the ports open so i had to run VPN to get it to work so if you call your ISP and ask them to open ports for you it might fix it!

Also ISP= internet service provider
