let me solve alot of peoples issues with the controller i play controller just fine. i have steam too. but heres the kicker. i dont run the game through steam i run it directly through the EA app
if you have steam in the background running it over runs EA for controls so turning it off and just playing the game through the EA app works just fine. i use the controller on lazy days when i dont wanna use the mnk. but most days i run mnk and controller for flying only as its easier. since joysticks wont work
