Cannot connect to EA servers to play Battlefield 2042

Question

My difficulty is connecting to EA via my PS4 to play battlefield 2042. I have already reset the internet, game application and the console, etc. No issues with the wifi.

I get prompted to reset my password with a QR code, once I enter my ID, it takes me to a page full of letters or code. I don’t know. I need help.

Hey,&nbsp;@Nati_PR_82&nbsp;If you are still having trouble resetting your password and log into the game, please contact our Support team in order for them to pull up your account and see if there are any account based reasons holding you back from getting onto the battlefield.

@Nati_PR_82  Does typing the address (in the first screenshot) load the page for you? If not try resetting your password on help.ea.com then restarting the game and seeing if you can enter.
